2. Workshops & Training

• Registration: Workshop seats are confirmed only upon successful payment.
• Eligibility: Participants must meet the minimum age requirement specified for each workshop.
• Conduct: We reserve the right to remove participants who disrupt classes or violate community guidelines, without refund.

3. Payments & Pricing

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchasing unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in INR (₹) or USD and may be subject to taxes or international fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Workshops: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may be eligible for partial refund or credit towards a future workshop.
• Products: Returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, minus any applicable processing fees.

5. Product Orders

• All product orders are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
• Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Sound healing practices are complementary and not a substitute for medical treatment. Academy of Sound Healing shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in workshops or use of our products, except where prohibited by law.
